High rise housing for people. A few shots of standalone houses that can only be constructed on the city boundaries as otherwise the land is owned by the state and no person buys land or has a right to permanent occupancy within the city limits. These houses look pretty scrappy in terms of location, and they are stuck in between motorways and power stations, industrial estates etc.
Houses are all heated by hot water centrally heated by gas fired power stations, and piped around the buildings across the entire city. Modern apartments are pretty tidy, but some areas look pretty desperate.
